Approve the job safety analysis and the method of statement related to the Scaffolding activities
In charge of supervising all the Scaffolding works in accordance with site Inspection & test plan.
Ensures the compliance of the works performed with the project drawings.
Ensures the compliance of the works performed with the Client quality standards
Knows and uses project drawings and Client specifications in order to perform the Scope of Work
Shall anticipate the works coming (based on the approved S/C schedule and with the construction manager) studying the project drawings in advance, clarifying with the project engineer the potential questions, verifying that the S/C will be ready to perform its works (critical material available, specialized companies or resources mobilized, Methods of statements issued and approved…)
Shall ensure that Client free issue items required for its own Scope of Work are delivered in time and make coordination with the Material manager
Shall be a safety actor by reporting safety hazardous situation or non conformities
Shall stop the works when safety or quality issues are found until corrective action is implemented
Performs all the inspections on site as per ITP (with the support of site QA/QC team when required)
Updates the own set of project documents (drawings…) with the last revisions issued (paper copies)
Is the leader of the S/C weekly meeting and issues the Minutes of Meeting
Follows up the detail schedule with S/C, reports any deviation on weekly basis to the site manager and establishes action plan with S/C to recover the delay
Performs weekly reviews on the compilation of the quality files (by the S/C) and informs QA/QC manager in case of major deviation found
Reviews, comments and supports the QA/QC manager in order to approve the ITP
Updates and signs the ITP with the inspection performed
Validates on a weekly basis the progress on the Scope of Work through feedbacks to the site manager
Supports the site manager in order to track the installed quantity on all the Scope of Work
Track the quantities in order to ensure the remeasurement of the scope of work
Shall lead tool box with the subcontractor 2 at 3 times by weeks on specific safety or technical points with the support of HSE manager for safety tool box and technical tool box with the site manager
Issue to the site manager & project engineer a daily report of activities, problems encountered and actions to be taken
