Responsibility for the quality Inspector system and quality processes on project
Understanding client needs and requirements to propose effective quality control processes
Ensuring that all products and services meet requirements
Developing and proposing improvements
Works with Quality Inspector at Head office on quality performance, needs and improvement
Provide feedback and reporting to Head Office Quality Inspector and working with support Quality team
Effectively involvement in non-conformities detected and communication with Quality team
Proposing, follow up and implementing of corrective & preventive actions related to non-conformities
Following up status of final documentation and ELE/SMI statistic
Follow up of status of monitoring & measuring equipment, ELE/SMI equipment and consumables
Organizing and preparing weekly communication internally between quality team and Quality team
Establishing good and professional contact with client quality representatives
Provides weekly communication with client with project updates and status
Oversee all development procedures to identify deviations from quality system and standards – proposing procedures updates and development of new applicable procedures
Identifies and prepares proposals that close gaps and mitigates risk
Ensures all sensitive and confidential information is handled appropriately
Performs workshop and site quality visits
Quality audits (internal) preparing and conducting
REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS:
Previous experience as quality Inspector or quality team lead
Previous experience in Oil & Gas will be beneficial
Responsible and conscientious
A keen eye for details and a result driven approach
Understanding of quality control procedures and relevant standards
