Apply the quality Inspector system and quality processes on project
Understanding client needs and requirements to propose effective quality control processes
Ensuring that all products and services meet requirements
Proposing improvements
Provide feedback and reporting to Head Quality and working with support Quality team
Effectively involvement in non-conformities detected and communication with Quality team
Proposing, follow up and implementing of corrective & preventive actions related to non-conformities
Following up status of final documentation and mechanical statistic
Follow up of status of monitoring & measuring equipment, mechanical equipment and consumables
Reporting to the QA/QC Manager
Establishing good and professional contact with client quality representatives
Oversee all development procedures to identify deviations from quality system and standards – proposing procedures updates and development of new applicable procedures
Identifies and prepares proposals that close gaps and mitigates risk
Ensures all sensitive and confidential information is handled appropriately
REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS:
Previous experience as quality Inspector or engineer
Responsible and conscientious
A keen eye for details and a result driven approach
Understanding of quality control procedures and relevant standards
Good communications skills
Good knowledge in Microsoft Office package
Mechanical qualifications will be beneficial
Non-destructive methods (NDT) knowledge and some of NDT methods will be beneficial
