Project Controls Management
- Develop and implement the Project Controls strategy, procedures, systems, and reporting framework.
- Lead and coordinate the Project Controls team, including Planning, Cost Control, Progress Measurement, and Reporting.
- Ensure compliance with project, company, and contractual requirements.
Planning & Scheduling
- Develop, maintain, and control the integrated project baseline schedule.
- Monitor critical path, milestones, progress, delays, and schedule risks.
- Lead schedule reviews, forecasting, and recovery planning.
- Assess schedule impacts resulting from changes and project risks.
Cost Control & Forecasting
- Establish and maintain the project cost baseline and control budget.
- Monitor actual costs, commitments, accruals, and forecasts against the approved budget.
- Identify cost variances and trends and recommend corrective actions.
Progress & Performance
- Establish and maintain project progress measurement methodologies.
- Monitor project performance against approved cost and schedule baselines.
- Develop and monitor KPIs and, where applicable
- Provide early warning of deviations and support mitigation actions.
Reporting & Management Information
- Prepare accurate weekly/monthly project control reports and dashboards.
- Consolidate cost, schedule, progress, risk, and performance information.
- Present project performance, trends, risks, and corrective actions to Project Management and senior stakeholders.
Risk & Change Management
- Support the identification, assessment, and monitoring of project risks and opportunities.
- Evaluate cost and schedule impacts of changes, variations, and trends.
- Ensure approved changes are incorporated into project baselines and forecasts.
Stakeholder & Contractor Management
- Act as the key Project Controls interface with clients, contractors, partners, and internal stakeholders.
- Review and challenge contractor schedules, progress reports, cost reports, and forecasts.
- Ensure consistency and reliability of project control data.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, Construction Management, Finance, or related field.
- 8–12+ years of experience in Project Controls, Planning, Cost Control, or Project Management.
- Proven experience managing complex, multidisciplinary projects, preferably within EPC, Energy, Industrial, Infrastructure, or Construction environments.
- Strong knowledge of planning, scheduling, cost control, forecasting, risk, and change management.
- Experience with Primavera P6, MS Project, Excel, Power BI, or equivalent tools.
- Knowledge of Earned Value Management is an advantage.
- Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.
